McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in the Darlington area. This dual role covers Personal Care and Domestic Services, traveling between developments to deliver bespoke support to homeowners.

Earn £14.50 per hour with extra 0.30 for evenings and £1.30 for weekends. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential; probation bonus £300 and travel expenses are covered.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care environment preferred, but training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and good time management.
• Domestic or housekeeping experience welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas, assist with shopping and household tasks to keep environments clean and welcoming.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments to enhance wellbeing and connections.
