McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Oakham and surrounding area. This field-based role requires travel between developments, a valid UK driving license, and a commitment to delivering personalised care and support with daily living activities.

You will earn £14.50 per hour, with an extra 30p per hour for evening hours. A £300 probation bonus and travel mileage reimbursement (43p per mile) are offered to eligible applicants.

Formación

• Experience in a care environment is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are important.
• Field-based role requiring travel between developments and a valid UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care with help in daily activities, personal hygiene and medication support.
• Maintain and tidy communal areas and offer domestic support such as cleaning and shopping.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
