Job summary

ParetoFM is recruiting an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover client sites in the West of England. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operation of buildings, plant and equipment.

The role offers varied tasks and room to work independently within a supportive engineering team. Ideal candidates will hold city & guilds Level 3 in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines, plus 18th Edition IET

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification at City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• Mechanical qualification at City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification.
• Strong understanding of electrical safe working practices.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical services.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in plant, equipment and systems.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical installations and mechanical plant.
• Respond to BMS alarms and support fault diagnosis.
• Undertake minor installations and general maintenance tasks as required.
• Support safe operation of plant including start-up, shutdown and checks.
