Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd seeks a Mobile Mechanical Engineer for a diverse FM maintenance role across two sites in North West London. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, carrying out PPMs, fault-finding and documenting service visits for a major client.

The successful candidate will service plumbing and ventilation installations (AHUs, FCUs, boosters, water heaters) and maintain system assets, demonstrating high levels of professionalism and client communication.

Qualifications

• Service, maintain and repair plumbing and ventilation installations, including AHUs, intake/extract systems, thermal wheels, FCUs and water system assets.
• Maintain and support systems such as booster sets, chlorifiers, and water heaters.
• Deliver consistently high levels of service and professionalism for the client.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks across North West London.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client, answering queries and reporting defects.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection logs and remedial records.
• Work across two sites located opposite each other under one contract.
