Job summary

Equans is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Bristol area. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Provide engineering support for building services, operate building systems including HV operations and emergency equipment control, and ensure compliance with health and safety, regulations, contract procedures and site processes. Strong IT skills and reporting help manage parts and handovers.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building services engineering with knowledge of BEMS, UPS, generators, water treatment and HVAC systems.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging with all staff levels and handling challenging situations.
• Proactive, safety-focused, and committed to operational excellence.
• IT proficient with parts ordering and project reporting.
• Qualified with electrical or mechanical certifications including IEE 18th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-round engineering support to maintain building services systems.
• Operate building systems including HV operations and emergency equipment control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulations, contract procedures, and site processes.
• Maintain shift handovers, plan staffing levels, manage parts ordering, and uphold housekeeping standards.
