Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• BPSS vetting clearance is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on BMS systems across various sites.
• Respond to breakdowns and manage reactive call-outs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.

Skills

Knowledge and Experience of Building Management Systems
