Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Bristol is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to maintain air conditioning systems, UPS, generators, and general building services across client sites. You will act as the site lead for air conditioning, perform diagnostics, and prioritise tasks within a busy maintenance team.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
• Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services.
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems.
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
• Effectively prioritise your own workload.
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work.
