Job summary

Omega Plc in Bath is seeking a Multi-Skilled Builder/Roofer to deliver reactive roofing repairs and general maintenance across commercial, education, industrial and retail sites. The role requires diagnosing leaks, carrying out paving, slab laying and external repair works, while ensuring health and safety on site.

Qualifications

Broad range of reactive building repairs and maintenance.
Experience in roofing or general construction environments.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair roof leaks as part of reactive roofing repairs.
Carry out paving, slab laying, external repairs and other building works.
Complete job documentation and provide updates on completed works.
Collaborate with mobile engineers and maintenance professionals.
Travel to client sites across the Midlands and South of England, with periods away from home.
