Job summary

Omega Plc is seeking a Multi-Skilled Builder/Roofer to perform reactive roofing repairs and general maintenance across commercial, education, industrial and retail sites. You will work as part of a mobile team, travel to client sites in the Midlands and South of England, and complete documentation on each job.

Experience in roofing repairs and general maintenance, along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to stay away from home when required, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in reactive building repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work across roofing and general construction tasks.
• Comfort with site safety standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive roofing repairs and general building maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify roof leaks and faults.
• Travel to client sites across Midlands and South of England.
• Accurately complete job documentation and updates.
• Collaborate with a mobile team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
