Job summary

Vertu FM is seeking a Maintenance Roofer to service retail properties across Wrexham, Shropshire and North Wales. This mobile role covers planned and reactive roofing maintenance with travel across the contract area and occasional longer trips.

You will perform repairs safely, update job records on tablets, and support colleagues while meeting service levels. A company vehicle and extensive benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced roofer with a maintenance background.
• NVQ/SVQ in roofing occupations or equivalent qualification.
• Experience on commercial or retail properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive roofing maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect roofing defects and plan required works.
• Complete repairs safely within client response times.
• Prioritise workloads to meet SLAs.
• Support teammates and document job records electronically.
• Travel across the contract area and beyond as required.
• Communicate with customers, managers and office teams.
