Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Coventry and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will maintain and repair Building Management Systems across client sites, driving reliability and energy efficiency.

The role offers on-site work with career progression opportunities into management, estimating and business development as part of our growth plans.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge of BMS systems (Trend/Tridium/Distech/Siemens/Niagara) is beneficial.
• Full UK Driving License; BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Respond to reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with related benefits.
• Work with colleagues to provide reports, cost estimates and quotes for improvements.
