Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading UK BMS specialist to recruit an experienced BMS Engineer for the Luton / Hertfordshire region. The role covers mobile site visits, routine inspections, small repairs, and proactive maintenance on building management systems.

The package includes £50,000–£55,000, car or car allowance, pension, private healthcare, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, and a generous bonus scheme, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc
Good experience of HVAC Plant
Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential
Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc
Professional and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the Luton / Hertfordshire region
Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment
Respond to customer service call outs
Carry out small repairs and remedial works
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems.
