Job summary

Wood Plc is seeking a skilled HVAC service professional to deliver high-quality air conditioning services in commercial environments. The role includes mentoring engineers, managing service records in CAFM systems, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding safety standards.

You will support quotations for reactive works and small projects, contribute to continuous improvement, and help expand services within existing and new client accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Air Conditioning service delivery within commercial environments
• Proven knowledge of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding on various systems
• Experience supervising Engineers and subcontractors
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards
• Experience with CAFM or service management systems
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, F-Gas Category 1 qualification or equivalent is essential

Desirable Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a mobile service environment
• IOSH, SSSTS, or SMSTS qualification
• Experience with chillers and larger HVAC systems
• Electrical or advanced diagnostic experience, Knowledge of TM44 and energy efficiency services
