Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd seeks a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across their client portfolio. The role emphasizes compliance, professional client interaction, and taking pride in workmanship.

The successful candidate will focus on air conditioning systems and provide first-line reactive maintenance for electrical and switchgear. Opportunities include after-hours callouts and occasional night works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
• F-Gas qualification (essential).
• Strong understanding of H&S compliance requirements.
• Experience working within SLAs.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Professional and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance within SLAs.
• Conduct Risk Assessments as part of H&S compliance.
• Comply with F-Gas regulations and LV Safe Systems of Work.
• Follow COSHH requirements and maintain safe working practices.
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems to a high standard.
• Provide first-line reactive maintenance on electrical and switchgear systems.
• Participate in a minimum 1-in-4 out-of-hours callout rota.
• Occasionally undertake planned night works as required.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and issue Permits to Work.
