Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF and heat pumps across diverse sites. You will work with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG and Toshiba.

The role requires accurate documentation of inspections and remedial work, willingness to join an on-call rota, and a time-served apprenticeship or City & Guilds Level 3/NVQ, FGAS & ODS compliance.

Qualifications

• FGAS & ODS Regulations required.
• Time-served apprenticeship or City & Guilds Level 3/NVQ equivalent.
• City & Guilds Level 3/NVQ or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• You may also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets/multideck or ice machines.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Job description

We're looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, with the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG). Role Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets/multideck or ice machines.
  A background within a maintenance/facilities management environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant qualifications, e.g. FGAS & ODS Regulations, time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3/NVQ or equivalent.
