Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings in Surrey and surrounding areas. You will work with VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, CRAC units, Dencos, chillers and more, performing service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.

Candidates should hold F-Gas Category 1 and Level 2/3 AC&R qualifications, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 is essential.
• recognised Level 2/3 qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (C&G/NVQ or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
• Cover service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on HVAC equipment.
• Possibly carry out compressor replacements, pressure testing, leak detection and brazing.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

£45,000 - £50,000 + van (personal use), overtime, on-call allowance & excellent benefits

We're partnering with a global Facilities Management business who are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, working across critical environments for a high-profile client. The role will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.

Equipment includes VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, CRAC units, Dencos, upflow and downflow units, and chillers. Engineers looking to apply will need to be strong across all or the majority of this equipment, covering service, maintenance, fault finding and repair. You should also be capable of carrying out compressor replacements, pressure testing, leak detection and brazing.

F-Gas Category 1 and a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (C&G/NVQ or equivalent) are essential, alongside a full UK driving licence.
