University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 allied health professional to join the Southampton MND Care Centre. You will work with the Lead MND Coordinator and collaborate with neurology, respiratory, nutrition, community therapies, pallia, community nursing and palliative care across the Wessex Region to deliver expert MND care.

You will manage a caseload specialising in MND, attend specialist clinics and MDT meetings, contribute to the MND improvement plan

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload specialising in MND.
• Attend specialist MND clinics.
• Participate in community MND MDT meetings.
• Contribute to the MND improvement plan and NICE standard audit; offer teaching on MND.
