Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations.
• Experience scaling systems in fast-growing Series B/C/D companies.
• Proficient with BI systems and product analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive process improvements with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine our Mission-based deployment model.
• Run weekly triage sessions as gatekeeper for requests.
• Maintain the central HUD dashboard of core metrics.
• Standardize Rituals like Mission Control and Waypoints.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Growth to launch products.
• Deliver the Weekly Pulse to keep the company informed.
• Scale the product organization while maintaining velocity.
