Job summary

Zopa is seeking an Engineering Manager for our London-based teams. You will shape and grow engineers, lead multiple product-engineering tribes, and partner with Product and other teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. The role supports a hybrid London office pattern with 2–3 days on-site and the option to work abroad up to 120 days per year.
