Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. London HQ is scaling its Product & Technology team and seeks a Product Operations Manager to architect the system behind the system. You’ll focus on mission-based workflows, reducing friction and driving measurable outcomes for schools and educators.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering and Growth to ensure smooth product launches, governance, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll deliver the Weekly Pulse to keep the whole company informed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations scaling systems.
• Experience navigating a scale-up (Series B/C/D).
• Data literacy with BI and analytics to tell a strategic story.
• Change management to optimize development lifecycles and tech stacks.
• Strong communication to simplify complex systems for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Guardian of our Ways of Working: own and refine Mission-based deployment model.
• Manage the Single Front Door: run weekly triage sessions and frame requests as missions.
• Own the Single Pane of Glass: maintain central metrics dashboard for self-serve data access.
• Standardize Rituals: refine Mission Control and Waypoints for efficient progress.
• Operational glue: collaborate with Design, Engineering and Growth for smooth launches.
