RNN Group is hiring an MIS Assistant for North Notts College in Worksop. You will safeguard data integrity, handling enrolments, exam entries, transfers, withdrawals and achievements to support learners from day one to graduation.

You will work with MIS and Exams Officers to deliver a responsive service, assist curriculum planning, and continually improve processes with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid background in administration; education sector experience is a bonus.
• High accuracy and data handling under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process learner information: enrolments, exam entries, transfers, withdrawals, and achievements.
• Assist curriculum planning to support an efficient educational service.
• Collaborate with the MIS Officer and Exams Officer to deliver a sharp campus service.
• Maintain a proactive, customer-first approach in daily tasks.
