Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Miniland Assistant to support the Miniland Team with model maintenance, repairs and daily checks across the iconic Miniland attraction at Windsor.

The role is permanent and hourly paid, 37.5 hours per week on a 7‑day rota with evenings and weekends. Applicants must be 18+, physically capable, and prepared to engage with guests while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with electrical repair and model animations is essential.
• Keen eye for detail to improve Miniland presentation for guests.
• Passion for LEGO brand and guest enjoyment.
• Physical role requiring lifting, bending, reaching and carrying heavy equipment.
• Clear communication; guest-facing interactions are common.

Responsibilities

• Check daily that all models and animations are functioning.
• Clean and repair models and landscaping as required.
• Perform electrical and structural repairs and maintain animations.
• Interact with guests when appropriate.
