Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Miniland Assistant to support the maintenance of models and landscaping in Miniland. You will perform daily checks, cleaning and repairs, including electrical and structural work, to keep displays in top condition for guests.

Based at LEGOLAND Windsor, the role involves physical tasks, 37.5 hours weekly across 5 days of a 7-day rota, with evenings and weekends. An emphasis on safety and customer interaction is key.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with electrical repair and model animations is essential.
• Have a keen eye for detail, always seeking ways to improve the presentation of Miniland for our guests.
• Have passion for our brand and how our guests can enjoy our LEGO models.
• This is a physical role so you must be comfortable with lifting, bending, reaching, carrying heavy equipment and fragile LEGO displays.
• Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and colleagues in a guest facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Miniland Team to provide service and repair for all models, animated features and landscaping.
• Ensure every model and animated feature in Miniland is checked daily, cleaned and repaired as required.
• Prioritise keeping Miniland safe for guests and staff with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
