Lookers Limited in Stafford is seeking a MINI Brand Manager to lead the MINI business, drive sales performance and deliver premium customer experiences. You will own strategic plans, collaborate with leadership and ensure brand standards are upheld across the dealership.

The role requires automotive retail management experience, strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company car is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail management, ideally premium or volume franchise environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret and act on business data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the MINI sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability and market share.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the journey.
• Manage all aspects of dealership operations relating to the MINI franchise.
• Analyse performance data and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop local campaigns.
• Build relationships with manufacturer representatives and ensure brand standards are met.
• Monitor stock management, forecasting and ordering to optimise sales opportunities.
• Recruit, coach and develop colleagues to create a high-performance culture.
• Ensure FCA, regulatory and company compliance standards are met.
