Job summary
Bowker Motor Group invites applications for a MINI Product Genius to represent MINI and Bowker in our showroom. You will engage daily with customers, sharing your knowledge of MINI products (training provided) and delivering outstanding customer care to build excitement and sales leads.
This is a brand-forward role requiring energy, a true team spirit, and a passion for MINI. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will work a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
- A passion for MINI should be a prerequisite for the position.
- A full UK driving licence is required; driving is part of the job.

- Represent the MINI brand and Bowker in the showroom with enthusiasm.
- Share knowledge of MINI products and tailor options to customer needs.
- Create excitement to generate sales leads and deliver a bespoke service to customers.
