Job summary

ALO, a mindful movement brand, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver authentic experiences and exceptional service while driving store sales in our London-area location. The role emphasizes product knowledge, guest engagement, and collaborating with leadership to meet goals.

You will contribute to a vibrant store culture, support merchandise flow, and educate guests on our community and culture while staying adaptable to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Empathy, compassion, integrity and building trust.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Impact the store environment positively in line with leadership goals.
• Drive sales goals by leading initiatives, while optimizing productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate on store goals, initiatives, new product launches and guest-facing programs.
• Confidently present all facets of the ALO model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
• Leverage company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on our product, community and culture.
• Understand and protect daily schedules with leadership.
• Assist in processing shipment and merchandise flow and replenishment.
• Follow front/back house procedures per Policy & Procedure.
• Support other areas including Sales and Cashier as needed.
