MIG Welder / Fabricator - West Bromwich
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing team in West Bromwich.
This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay, a generous shift allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Morning Shift:
Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Afternoon Shift:
Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00
- £15.74 per hour+ (depending on experience. Also includes 22% shift allowance)

- Be able to read 2D drawings
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
