Pertemps West Bromwich is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a permanent, full-time role in Smethwick. You will weld mild steel components, read engineering drawings and ensure welds meet quality standards.

Hours are 37.5 per week (Mon-Thu 06:30-16:15, Fridays off), with overtime available; pay £14.50 per hour. A permanent contract follows a successful trial, offering a stable opportunity with an established, growing client.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
• Experience welding mild steel and reading drawings to tight tolerances.
