Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a MIG welder for our client in the Brownhills area. This is an immediate start. Hours of work: 07:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – Midday Friday.

£13.50 – £14.50 per hour, Temporary to permanent position. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MIG welding equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Attention to precision and quality in welding tasks.
• Adherence to safety protocols and clean working environment.

• Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks on sheet metal and other materials with precision and quality.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
• Conduct regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
