Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a MIG welder for our client in the Brownhills area. This is an immediate start.

Hours of work: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - Midday Friday. Temporary to permanent position. £13.50 - £14.50 per hour, Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• MIG welder with ability to interpret technical drawings to determine welding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks on sheet metal and other materials, ensuring precision and quality.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
• Conduct regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
