Job summary

Masstemps is recruiting for a MIG Fabricator Welder in the Wolverhampton area. The role offers long-term work, stable hours and a positive working environment.

You will weld and fabricate mild steel components, read engineering drawings, and measure and assemble parts to customer specifications. The position may involve stainless steel welding and rigorous inspection of finished work for quality.

MIG Fabricator Welder

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a MIG Fabricator Welder on behalf of one of our busy clients in the Wolverhampton area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established fabrication company offering long-term work, stable hours and an excellent working environment.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Pay:

• £15.00 per hour

Duties:

• MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel components.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Fabricating bespoke and batch-produced steel products to customer specifications.
• Measuring, marking out and assembling steel components.
• Weldign Stainless Steel
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a MIG Fabricator Welder.
• The ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with mild steel.
