Job summary

Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are recruiting an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join our client in Dudley. The role involves MIG welding and fabricating structural steel to exact specs in a fast-paced workshop, with reading engineering drawings and maintaining quality welds.

Permanent day/evening shifts available on a full-time basis; weekly pay and long-term ongoing work with potential for permanent employment. Location: Dudley, in-person on-site work.

Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join our client based in Dudley.

Our client is a well-established structural steel manufacturer offering long-term opportunities within a busy fabrication workshop.

We are seeking skilled MIG Welder Fabricators to join the team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for MIG welding and fabricating structural steel products, ensuring all work is completed to the required specifications and quality standards.

Candidates must have previous experience working with structural steel and be confident reading engineering drawings, fabricating components, and producing high-quality welds within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role:

• MIG welding structural steel components
• Fabricating products from engineering drawings
• Working to detailed specifications and production schedules
• Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Using fabrication equipment and hand tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

Permanent Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Permanent Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

The Person:
