Midweight Creative Designer (Art Direction & Design) – London Hybrid – Global Healthcare Communications Agency – Up to £50K + Great Benefits & Purpose-Driven Work

The Role

• A hands-on creative position, you’ll be at the heart of a small but growing team, delivering stand-out design and art direction across traditional and digital platforms
• Support senior creatives, contribute to conceptual development, and take ownership of projects from conception to delivery
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven creative that aligns with client goals and brand consistency
• Be a key player in developing ideas that not only look great but also drive measurable outcomes across the healthcare landscape

You

• Will bring 3–5 years’ experience in a creative/design role within an agency environment – healthcare experience is a plus but not essential
• Possess strong conceptual thinking and a portfolio that showcases beautifully crafted, effective design work
• Comfortable working across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); bonus if you have skills in animation, illustration or video
• Enjoy collaborating, presenting ideas confidently, and being part of a team that values creativity, quality and attention to detail
• Are curious, proactive, and passionate about producing work that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives
