Where does this role fit in?
We’re looking for a talented, motivated midweight designer who’s had 3–5 years experience working on FMCG or retail brands. This role will be dedicated to one of our well-loved high street brands, and the successful candidate will be responsible for brand guardianship, day to day creative and output for primarily print and in-store channels. The role will require close working with the Creative Director, clients service and Ops teams, plus it will include client contact, presentations to client.
The successful candidate will be used to creating robust, on-brand work at ‘the speed of retail’ – ie. fast, will think on their feet and yet still produce quality, compelling design that is grounded in the asks of the brief, brand and with their design rationale able to be clearly written and/or articulated for client. You’ll be a whizz in Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and you’ll be proficient in best-practice file build, for your work to be shared with artwork teams as efficiently as possible.
This position offers the opportunity to work on some amazing briefs that you’ll see across UK high streets. The role will also sit as part of the wider creative team, so you’ll have exposure to the full creative client roster at ITG.
You’ll be in the office 2-3 days a week, but will also work cross-location with creative teams further afield.
