Job Opportunity: Midweight Designer

Tomorrow is delighted to be working alongside one of London’s leading creative studios, known for pushing boundaries and collaborating with some of the world’s most iconic brands. They are seeking a new Midweight Designer to join their award-winning team, aiming to expand their creative output and grow within an ambitious team of designers.

The ideal candidate will have standout experience in luxury, fashion, and beauty, with a highly crafted and considered portfolio. You will focus on creative excellence, possessing knowledge and expertise in all phases of the design process, along with strong conceptual, creative, and communication skills.

If you have worked for agencies such as Accept & Proceed, Mother Design, Koto, Pentagram, or Design Studio, this could be the role for you!

Salary: £35-42k

Working arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days in the studio

Key Responsibilities for Midweight Designer:

1. Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and strategic leads to create compelling and inspiring creative concepts.
2. Contribute to and inform the strategic approach, utilizing cultural insights from within and outside the category, inspiring senior team members.
3. Think holistically about creative solutions, beyond just visual outcomes, and communicate this thought process effectively to the team.
4. Demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking, and innovative creative solutions, establishing a strong conceptual and creative point of view.
