We’re Beauty Pie, the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club, disrupting the industry with quality products from top labs worldwide.

We seek a Midweight Designer with digital expertise and an eye for detail. Reporting to the Head of Design within our Creative Studio, you'll craft engaging emails and a variety of digital assets, including social content, e-commerce visuals, and motion graphics.

This collaborative, fast-paced role requires a design perfectionist fluent in Figma, eager to elevate their work across multiple channels, from animated stories to product launch emails.

Responsibilities include:

• Design high-converting, brand-consistent emails.
• Create assets for social media, web pages, banners, and paid campaigns.
• Add motion to bring brand stories to life.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers to align visuals and messaging.
• Use Figma for designing and prototyping digital assets.
• Support campaign rollouts, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Stay updated on design and beauty trends to keep our creative fresh.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years’ experience in digital design, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, excellent sense of typography and layout, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Experience with motion graphics and email platforms like Iterable is a plus.
