Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to cover the Midlands, focusing on Louvres and HVAC systems. The role involves field sales of louvres, AHUs, HRUs, radiant panels, grilles and diffusers, with design input from M&E consultants and architects.

Ideal candidates have HVAC field sales experience, with preference for louvres/AHU knowledge, and ability to win specifications with consultants and contractors. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

• Proven track record in HVAC field sales.
• Experience selling louvres or AHUs is a plus.
• Ability to win specifications with M&E consultants and architects.
• Strong communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Field sales for louvres, AHUs, HRUs, radiant panels, grilles and diffusers.
• Collaborate with M&E consultants and architects to design and specify HVAC solutions.
• Manage relationships with M&E contractors.
• Aim for turnover around £1m.
