Job summary

Mitchell Maguire seeks a Technical Sales Engineer focused on Louvres and HVAC systems, serving the Midlands. You will drive sales of louvres, AHUs, HRUs, and related components, building strong links with M&E consultants and architects to specify integrated HVAC solutions.

You will also nurture relationships with M&E contractors, aiming to sustain circa £1M annual turnover. CAD familiarity and excellent communication are advantages for CPD sessions and project wins.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HVAC field sales.
• Experience selling louvres or AHUs preferred.
• Experience securing specifications with M&E consultants and architects.
• Some CAD experience may be useful.
• Strong technical background in building services or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Field sales selling a wide range of louvres, AHUs, HRUs, and diffusers.
• Collaborate with M&E consultants and architects to design and specify HVAC solutions.
• Manage relationships with M&E contractors.
• Maintain turnover around £1M.
• Deliver CPD presentations to stakeholders.
• Handle order values from £10k to £250k.
