Job summary

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a BMS Sales Engineer in the Midlands. The role focuses on identifying, developing and converting BMS opportunities across commercial sites, building strong relationships with facilities managers, FM companies and consultants.

Responsibilities include site visits, quotations, tenders and commissioning of BMS upgrades, with a clear emphasis on energy optimisation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS sales and opportunity development.
• Ability to identify and convert BMS opportunities in the Midlands.
• Strong relationship-building with FM companies, building owners, facilities managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new BMS sales opportunities across the Midlands.
• Identify potential customers through existing relationships, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with FM companies, building owners, facilities managers, M&E contractors and consultants.
• Visit commercial sites to assess BMS installations and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations, tenders and technical specifications.
• Develop solutions covering BMS upgrades, energy optimisation and system replacements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to maximise profitability.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
