Mitchell Maguire Limited is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Civil Building Products covering the Midlands. The role focuses on promoting access and drainage solutions to builders merchants, contractors and utilities, with a target to turnover around £1m as the role develops.

The successful candidate will bring experience selling to builders merchants or contractors, have a structured sales approach, and deliver autonomous territory management while reporting to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Must have worked for or sold to builders merchants or contractors.
• Open in terms of what products you've sold.
• Experience with civils or heavyside building products preferred.
• Autonomous in nature.
• Structured sales process and territory management.

Aufgaben

• Promote a range of access and drainage solutions to customers.
• Sell to national and independent civil's merchants such as Burdens, Keyline, Civils & Lintel and JDP.
• Sell to contractors and utilities.
• Aim to turnover £1m once established.
