Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Building & Civils Products covering the Midlands. You will promote access & drainage solutions to national and independent builders' merchants as well as contractors and utilities, working with SD & MD.

The role targets turnover around £1m after ramping up, with autonomous territory management and a structured sales process. A background in civils/building products and proven merchant exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have worked for or sold to builders merchants or contractors.
• Open in terms of products you've sold.
• Experience with civils or heavyside building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field sales role promoting access & drainage solutions (covers, gratings, drainage).
• Split: 50% time selling to national & independent civil merchants; 50% to contractors & utilities.
• Target turnover around £1m once established.
• Report to SD & MD and work closely with the team.
