Job summary

SMBC Group is seeking a Middleware Platforms Support Lead (Vice President) in London to provide hands-on leadership across IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk and enterprise integration services. You will be the senior escalation point for complex platform issues, driving resilience, automation and engineering standards in a 24x7 production environment.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in middleware platforms, incident management, and production support, with a focus on delivering platform

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ, AutoSys and Splunk.
• Experience in production-support for middleware platforms.
• Ability to handle on-call, major incidents and out-of-hours activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk and enterprise integration platforms.
• Lead complex incident diagnosis, recovery and technical remediation.
• Deliver platform engineering, automation and resilience improvements.
