Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to provide primary support for Middleware Production Platform Administration (PPA) activities and participate in on-call coverage. • Experience supporting enterprise middleware and production platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
• Familiarity with Tivoli technologies.
• Experience supporting SWIFT messaging systems.
• Knowledge of GoAnywhere MFT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Middleware Production Platform Administration (PPA) activities.
• Participate in an on-call support rota, including weekday and weekend coverage.
• Support and implement live production changes in accordance with established change management processes.
• Partner with the Operations and Platform Administration (OPA) team to deliver BAU operational activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to ensure service availability and performance.
• Support critical payment and integration platforms, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SLA commitments.
• Contribute to operational documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
