Lloyds Banking Group is modernising through cloud technology, and this Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist role sits in the Private Cloud Platform team in Leeds/Manchester. You’ll design, build and automate middleware delivery using IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, WebSphere/Liberty and CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, resilient deployment.

We value hands-on automation, collaboration with SMEs and the ability to produce maintainable documentation for enterprise scale middleware.

Formación

• Hands‑on DevOps, infra or platform engineering experience with automation.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Strong Git/version-controlled delivery with branching and PRs.
• Scripting/automation using Python, Bash, Salt, Ansible or PowerShell.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable automation with SMEs.
• Good communication, collaboration and security/resilience awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and self‑service tooling for middleware delivery.
• Automate middleware lifecycle activities including provisioning, config, testing and upgrades.
• Collaborate with platform, product, application, security and supplier teams.
• Develop secure, observable middleware solutions with proper testing and docs.
