Job summary

Alderman Cogan's Church of England Primary Academy in Hull is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to support children at lunchtime. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, from 11:30am to 1:00pm, with duties including helping children access lunch and supervising the playground.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, good time management and a team spirit, with full training provided. Experience or a formal qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 1:00pm to be worked during the school term time

Position type: Midday Supervisory Assistant

Salary: £13.28 per hour, plus 6 weeks paid holiday

The role is to care for, support and interact with children during the lunchtime period, which includes helping the children access the lunch service. A key part of this role is to supervise the children on the playground during their lunchtime break.
