Job summary

Round Diamond Primary School, part of Ivy Learning Trust, invites applications for an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to join our friendly team.

This term-time role is 1 hour 15 minutes per day, Monday to Friday, paid at Grade HA (£12.26/hour) on a pro-rata basis. You will help run lunchtimes, supervise pupils in the dining hall and on the playground, and promote healthy eating and active play.

Job description

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our friendly and supportive lunchtime team. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, committed and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

The role will include the smooth running of the lunchtime. Duties may include setting up, clearing away and supervising children in the dining room, encouraging healthy eating. Duties may also include promoting active play, supervision of children on the playground and our all weather pitch, following the school’s Behaviour Policy and providing minor first aid.

Contract and pay

This contract is 1 hour 15 minutes per day, Monday to Friday, term time only. The salary is Grade HA (approximately £12.26 per hour) paid pro-rata.
