Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on playgrounds, fields, cloakrooms, and classrooms during lunch.
• Help clear away food and equipment after meals.
• Handle minor first aid and report incidents properly.
• Support behaviour management and report concerns.
• Spot and report unusual or inappropriate behaviour.
• Settle small disputes between pupils.
• Help with lunchtime activities and equipment setup.
