Job summary

Roebuck Academy seeks a caring Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover basis from Nov 26 to July 2027. The role focuses on safeguarding pupils, supporting lunchtime routines and promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the school grounds.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to high standards of care, helping to place children at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during lunchtime to ensure safety and well‑being.
• Support pupils with positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Assist with setting up activities and ensuring a smooth lunch period.
