Priors Hall - a Learning Community is seeking reliable and caring Midday Supervisors to join our school team, supervising pupils during the midday break in the dining hall and on the playground to ensure safety, wellbeing and good conduct.
You will support behaviour, encourage healthy eating, oversee activities, help with basic first aid, and report incidents in line with school policies; full training provided as part of the Inspiring Futures Through Learning family.
We are looking for reliable, caring and proactive Midday Supervisors to join our school team. In this role, you will supervise pupils during the midday break, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and good conduct both in the dining hall and on the playground. Key duties include supporting positive behaviour, encouraging healthy eating, overseeing play activities, setting out and tidying equipment, cleaning tables and spillages, and reporting incidents in line with school policies.
You will help create a safe, friendly environment, communicate confidently with children, administer basic first aid when needed, and uphold all safeguarding, health and safety requirements. Flexibility, professionalism and teamwork are essential, as duties may vary to meet school needs. Full training will be provided.
