Springwell Community College is seeking a Midday Supervisor to join our lunchtime supervision team. The role involves supervising students indoors and outdoors during lunchtime and helping maintain a safe, orderly environment.
The post is permanent, 7 hours 35 minutes per week across 38 weeks per year, Grade 1 scale £4,388 - £4,457 per annum pro rata. Full training will be provided.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our existing team. The role will include supervising students in designated outdoor and indoor lunchtime spaces, ensuring spaces are left clean & tidy and ensuring acceptable standards of behaviour are maintained. This role will work 7hours 35mins Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate should be friendly with a positive attitude, confident and able to act calm under pressure. Previous experience of working with children is desirable and full training is provided.
